2025 Open Book with the City Assessor 

The 2025 Assessment roll is being completed by the City Assessor. Notice of Assessment letters will be mailed to property owners by the Assessor on the week of June 23rd.  

Property owners that wish to meet with the Assessor can do so on the following dates:

Open Book with the Assessor in Person - Thursday, July 10th from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
At Port Washington City Hall in Council Chambers. Appointments can be made by contacting Associated Appraisal at
920-749-1995. Walk ins will be taken as time allows. 

Open Book with the Assessor By Phone - Tuesday, July 15th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. 
City Assessor shall be available to speak with the property owner by telephone, to schedule a time call 920-749-1995. Associated Appraisal’s website is www.apraz.com. 

2025 Board of Review

Board of Review will be held on Tuesday, July 29th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. or to adjournment. After property owners have met with the Assessor at Open Book, if a property owner wishes to object to the valuation set by the Assessor they may obtain the Board of Review objection documents from the Assessor and schedule the hearing time with the Port Washington City Clerk Susan Westerbeke at swesterbeke@portwashingtonwi.gov or by calling 262-284-5585.
