Request for Development Proposals: City of Port Washington Police and Fire Block
The City of Port Washington invites qualified firms to submit a development proposal for the redevelopment of a 1.56-acre, City-owned parcel of land located at 104 W Washington Street and 365 N Wisconsin Street in downtown Port Washington. The land is currently home to the Port Washington Fire and Police departments and will be available for redevelopment following the relocation of both departments to a new facility by September of 2026. The developer(s) selected through this RFP process will have first rights to negotiate a purchase and developer’s agreement for redevelopment of the property.
