Brush Pickup Update September 2022

BRUSH PICKUP

The last week for Brush Pickup will be the week of October 3, 2022.

Brush needs to be at the curb by 7:00 a.m. on Monday October 3, 2022.

Brush needs to be out Monday morning. The Street Crew is making one trip through the City and could be through by Tuesday or Wedneday.

 

Brush pickup will resume in April 2023.

Mission Statement

The Department of Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of all City infrastructure located within the City’s right of way (ROW) and easements, including street pavement, sidewalks, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains and services, street lights, traffic signals, signage, pavement markings, landscaping, and forestry.   The Department also provides services including garbage and recyclable collection, brush collection, leaf collection, and street sweeping.   The divisions under the Department of Public Works includes Engineering, Streets, Water and Wastewater Utilities, and Forestry.   The Department is supervised by the Director of Public Works.
